If it’s an Egg, it’s got to be a Quail Egg

The nutritional value of quail eggs is much higher than those offered by other eggs. Here's a look into the nutrition and health benefits that these eggs have to offer. Quail eggs have been found to be a lot healthier than chicken eggs, and with reason. They offer a number of health benefits that chicken eggs do not; they have a high nutritional value too; not to mention the fact that they are considered an exotic food world over.  These eggs are rich sources of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins, and give us a lot of nutrition than do other foods. Just take a look at the following facts:

Quail eggs are packed with vitamins and minerals. Even with their small size, their nutritional value is three to four times greater than chicken eggs. Quail eggs contain 13 percent proteins compared to 11 percent in chicken eggs. Quail eggs also contain 140 percent of vitamin B1 compared to 50 percent in chicken eggs. In addition, quail eggs provide five times as much iron and potassium. Unlike chicken eggs, quail eggs have not been known to cause allergies.

For you to obtain all the necessary nutrition from quail eggs, experts suggest consuming 3-5 of these in a day. Children, on the other hand, may consume about 2 quail eggs in a day.
